Carrot Cake 1. Combine 200g flour, some cinnamon, and some salt in a bowl and mix thoroughly. 2. Peel and finely grind 200g carrots. Set aside. 3. In another bowl, scramble 3 eggs, then stir in 75g sugar, 120cc oil. Mixture should have a creamy appearance and consistency. 4. Combine the carrots and the mix of flour, cinnamon, and salt in small amounts, continuously stirring to keep the resulting mixture even. 5. Butter a baking pan, pour in all ingriedients, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes. |
